Enter the valid Certificate Code in the following format: LASTNAME (all caps) + Firstname (first letter capitalized) + last day of activity in YYMMDD.

For example, if the participant is Emily Smith, who joined the MUN camp from 2025-01-01 to 2025-01-07, the code would be: SMITHEmily250107.

Note: Special characters should be converted to standard letters. For example, “MÜLLER” becomes “MUELLER”, “GARCÍA” becomes “GARCIA”, and “O’CONNER” becomes “OCONNER”.
